After a long time not eating Jack in the box in this location, the quality has drastically disintegrated. I ordered a jumbo jack with a 5 pc. Chicken Nugget and got a burger so unappetizing I decided not to eat it. The meat was almost crumbly in texture and fell apart to the touch. On the other hand, nuggets were good. Nuggets were crispy, fluffy on the inside, and warm. Customer service was good. Cashier had a warm smile and was attentive to my questions. I am saddened quality control has g...
