After explaining my order several times to 5 different people. They still got it wrong. Then when asked to fix it according to what they charged on my receipt. They looked at me crazy!!!I had my son and it was cold and I went physically in so my order wouldn't get messed up. I recommend going to another Jack in the box. There are to many in the area to go to this one that lacks skills and customer service.

They're horrible at multiple locations and rude at night. They either refuse to make something, or say they're closed when they're open 24 hours. Ordered a delivery from their menu and told uber they aren't making it.
