We decided to use the Jack in the Box app to order our snacks. At the drive through window the guy is grabbing our stuff and my friend asks him if he could give us some extra taco sauce, ranch and a egg roll sauce -- this guys pauses and says, "It wasn't in the app order." Seriously? We had looked while ordering and you can't order extra ranch, taco sauce packs or a egg roll sauce in the damn app. We figured we would ask for them at the window since that's what we've been doing forever before the app even came out. Point is, the sauces are literally right there but he didn't want to hand us any because it wasn't in the app. What a damn child. God forbid the app breaks while he's working... probably can't function without the app The tacos barely had any sauce and NO egg roll dipping sauce even though it says it comes with it. Not going to deal with idiots that clearly don't know how to do their job.
