Wow what a disappointment from beginning to end. Poorest customer service to say the least. I pulled up to the drive through order speaker and waited for literally 6 minutes until a angry voice barked. I ordered one item and he couldn't even get it right. I ordered a chocolate shake and he brought a vanilla. He definitely didn't want to be there. I left with my wrong order for fear he would cause a problem.

I personally like Jack in the Box. The wait in the drive thru line was really long but I didn't mind. I love Jack !!
