As a west coast visitor, I've never heard of "Jack's" as we have "Jack in the Box" but this place is decent, I've had it a couple times now. The chicken fingers are good, the ranch dip is good. One time the chicken was a little undercooked for my liking but still edible. My big complaint about this place and most of the fast food places in the greater Birmingham area is the window service. It's wild, people barely speak up so it's hard to hear when you're ordering, they don't read a script so there's an awkwardness every single time about what you ordered. They don't enunciate very well. I'd have them repeating Bugsy's "Twenty dwarves took turns doing handstands" if I was the regional manager.
