I don't know what has happened to Jack's but the one in Addison is the worst. I ordered at the drive thru got home my order was wrong. I paid 30.64 for a wrong hamburger plate I asked for no gravy on nothing and got a lot of gravy on all of it and they left out my husband's fries and that was all he wanted and my son's chicken sandwich and fries were okay.
