When I 1st started coming here it was great! Chicken was prepared well, always hot. Sides were tasty. The breakfast sandwiches were what really kept me coming back. However over the passed year the service has been ok BUT every single time I order something my order is NEVER correct. The food temp is NEVER hot. And when I go in to let them know it was incorrect they fix it BUT ITS STILL WRONG! The only reason it isn't a 1 star is bc of the nice staff. That's it!

Gave us the wrong food completely and didn't apologize or attempt to fix cause breakfast was over. Really? Was actually very short! I had to drive back there and waste gas because of their mistake. We used to love Jack's!
