The teas taste so watery. Service is bad mostly a girl that's so rude. Me and my friends go to study and the volume is super high and she gets super rude when we politely ask her to lower it a little. even if we are the only customers. The cheese sticks are super good though.

This modern industrial boba tea cafe is a family-run business that has a variety of bubble tea and food to choose from! The employees are super sweet and polite. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I've gotten both the brown sugar black milk tea and the avocado smoothie. Both are amazing!! The avocado smoothie is the best I've had in Houston because they use fresh avocado and it's slightly sweet with the boba.

Deserves one star before even tasting our drinks. We have been sitting here waiting for 20 min. There are two employees: one who is cooking several orders of food and the other is only taking orders. Our order has not been started as he keeps taking every customer's order as soon as they walk in, rather than starting the huge load of back orders. Furthermore, the gentlemen behind the counter is nice enough, but does not speak English at all. No judgement here, besides that the frontman or woman of an establishment needs to have some command of the language. Throwing my punchcard in the trash when we walk out of here in 20 min.
