Questions regarding cleanliness and meeting health criteria. While at the takeaway window, I noticed none of the cooks wearing hairnets. Naturally, they decided to send a long thread of hair with my curry. Wont be going back.

Consistency comes to mind when I think of Jai Thai. I have eaten here well over a dozen times and it has been great every time. I usually go for the yellow or massaman curry.
