Came here for first and last time. Today I walked in and made a to-go order. As I sat in the waiting area for my food, I heard somebody in the kitchen nearly dying from how bad they were coughing, I look up and the lady in the back is mask-down, preparing a to-go order and coughing directly into the bag the whole time as I watched, hoping it was not my order... 5 minutes later, she is still sounding like she just met Snoop Dogg for the first time. So I go to the cashier and ask for a refund and explain the unsanitary conditions I had just witnessed. The cashier had the nerve to tell me that "everything is okay, we are all vaccinated here", as if vaccinated people can not spread germs. I tell him "you're not a doctor, I just want my refund."... Seconds later, the lady let's out a big cough, and at that point he must've felt like an idiot because then he agreed to refund my order. I can't believe the cashier tried to justify the whole situation. I can only imagine what other shortcuts they take that put their customers' health in danger. I'll admit, I was hesitant to come here in the first place due to the bad reviews, but now I see why this place gets the hate it does. DO NOT COME HERE!

Tofu pad ginger was solid, tasted fresh and open later than other Thai restaurants on the ave.
