My family just went here tonight and it had a young female and male working. The female doesn't even address customers waiting for customer service. Finally the young boy approaches my wife with attitude. My wife asks, "are you closed?" He sarcastically answers, "in one minute." Holy smokes horrible location. Cashier was very unfriendly and rude and didn't seem to care how she projected herself to all of the customers in a busy mall. There was a group of about 5 of us waiting forever for our orders. Seemed like the staff didn't know what they were doing. Crazy.

I never feel the need to write a review unless they left me very upset. I have been ordering the same smoothie for years. When I received my smoothie it tasted like pure cough syrup. So I kindly( SO KINDLY because I understand how it is to work in the food industry) asked if it could be re-made because I couldn't even drink it, my throat started to burn after the first and only sip I made. The worker responded with the WORST attitude and eye roll that they have to re-make something they messed up. They would of been fired on spot for the way they spoke and handled the situation. Absolute worst service, save your money and go ANYWHERE else.
