Jambalaya Bros is most probably my favorite food truck serving the DMV area. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable since their servings are filling and the chefs are friendly. The quality of the dishes are consistently delicious. I've tried every item off the menu and you can't go wrong with whatever you pick. But if you think you'll only get them change to eat off the truck once then get the "Dirty Best".
