Here for a banquet with a limited menu and it was delicious. The staff worked hard and got it all done. Twice baked potatoes were ginormous!

Last night, Saturday, 11/13/21, my family and I celebrated my Mom's 80th Birthday celebration at Jameson's Original Charhouse in Arlington Heights. George, the owner, along with his staff, Patrick and Kevin, absolutely went out of their way to make this event ever so special for all of us!Throughout the whole process, George was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and pleasant in ensuring that the whole experience ran fluidly, stress-free, and seamlessly! He made sure that our event area up in the second floor was all ready for us when we arrived. It was, and on a night when the restaurant was packed, it was reassuring, relaxed, and leisurely! He genuinely made us feel appreciated. We had a total of 34 people.I addition, Patrick and Kevin did such an outstanding job of further solidifying the specialness of this evening. They were both engaging, accomodating, and hard-working! They did everything such as taking care of the birthday cake, cutting it for us, and then serving the pieces. They were both professional and simply wonderful!The food (delicious!) and the whole preparation/presentation of the meals were organized and solidly orchestrated!Furthermore, my wife and I had dinner the week before, Sunday, 11/07/21, and we were both very impressed by the inviting, intimate, romantic, and classy ambiance of the whole place.
