Jasmine Smoothie World & Bubble Tea in Ashburn

I came there today to get some bubble tea and the gal working there was rude from the get go. First I asked if I could blend to flavors together and she gave me a cold unsmiling no I won't answer. Then after ordering and paid her she filled another customer's order before mine. The customer came there after I was there. Then I was video chatting with a friend who lived in the Netherlands... And asked if my friend could see the bubbles cause she did not know what they were and this lady gave me a cold look and rather hard put the cup down on the counter and slide it towards me. My friend told me later that it was not good way to carry business . she also thought this person needed to go to manner school. I was plesent all the time but will not have anymore to do with this place. I will find out how to make my own.

I come here very often and order the same thing, everytime. A regular mango "smoothie" (just mango powder) and ask to add bubbles for .50¢ extra. The flavor is artificial but it still tastes good, however know that if you order a "smoothie" or slushee it's more of a juice and only on a good day will you taste the ice. Today I was really craving it and I was upset because it wasn't filled all the way plus the amount of boba..... really? I'm paying .50 cents more for that?!? And this isn't the first time, there's only ever one employee and they're all lazy. They can't even give me what I'm paying for. Go someplace else if you can, I'm not going back

if i could give zero, that would still be too much. ive come here a lot over the years, and ive always ordered the same thing: a lemon slushee. they're always yellow and taste great, but today, that wasn't the case. I ordered this today and the lady kept insisting that it was a smoothie so i was like yeah ok. she went and made me the "smoothie/ slushee. she brought it and it was like a dirty white. it tasted absolutely disgusting, kind of like a dirty dishrag. turns out she just put water and ice and didn't even blend it correctly. the ice was floating on top of thr dirty water that was probably from th...
