Visited this Jason's Deli on 1/10/22 around 7pm. The food here was good but when I went to the restroom to just wash my hands, I came back to my seat to see my meal and drink were thrown away. I went to the front end to tell staff members what happened and asked for plates, cup, silverware to continue eating. No staff workers seemed to know how to handle the situation. They acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. I requested help from a manager. Luckily the night manager quickly understood the issue, responded and resolved it.

Let's see ordered food at 12:31 pm a CB ranch potatoe only ! It is now 115 pm and I still haven't got my meal....last time I go to this location
