I hate writing bad reviews, but there should be a zero star option reserved for places so poorly managed. Third time we've tried this location for dinner and the third time it was a bad experience. We walked in 90 minutes before closing to a completely empty restaurant and were promptly told they couldn't serve warm/toasted sandwiches tonight because they needed to clean the grill in a little bit. Not that it was being cleaned at the moment or anything but that they had to clean it later so they couldn't make us a warm sandwich at 8:35PM. The first time we came here they completely screwed up our order  and the second time the salad bar was bone dry and they didn't replace anything just shut it down. It's crazy because we've been to the Jason's Deli - Champions location several times and it is always a great customer experience! This location doesn't care and clearly the night time staff does not...

I was disappointed. The service has been slow the last two times I went through the drive-thru. Today, the vegetables in my order were wilted. I'm used to better service and fresher food from this Jason's Deli.

Let me just say some managers do not to be in management if they can’t rectify a situation without making it the customers fault. I was a frequent customer until today when my son found a hair in his food. Natalie needs to work on her tone when speaking to a customer and not be so combative. I never went here because customer service was good, I only went because the food was always on point but now I will never step foot again. “Things just do not happen” as she puts it but I will let her continue to think so. SMH!
