I ordered Mesa chicken salad with No chicken and they put chicken in it and no black bean mix and we’re late delivering food

Just got my order from takeout and they keep forgetting the sauce that I chose on the build your own sandwiches on the app. Even put instructions to put it on the sandwich. Completely bone dry. If there is a reason why the sauce isn't on the sandwich, then I should of been contacted or at least told at the counter or drive thru. 5 times already that this has happened.

I downloaded Yelp just for this. This is the second time Jason's deli has messed up my order. Once last month I went inside to order Togo. I waited for around 30 mins. The girl told me "sorry, I forgot about you". Then they gave me the wrong order. So they gave me a gift card. Today I used that gift card for pick up. I get there and they have no idea about my order then find it and tell me the total is 21$, when it should have been 11... I saw on the receipt the tip was 10$. I told her I was planning on tipping but not 10$. She went back inside and I waited another 10 mins before I left. This store has got to be the worst. I like the one on coulter.
