I worked at jay’s for 3-4 weeks and on both checks tips were taken out when I was a porter making hourly. The managers are terrible and seem to not want to work and have always had it out for workers

If I could say no stars I would. I was in the restaurant industry for many years and I’m very respectful of all management and wait staff but, our experience was ridiculous. Do not go here.The manager was incredibly rude when I was telling him we were waiting for an hour for our food. He cut my off and didn’t let me explain everything to him. He brought us cold food that was sitting there for god knows how long. I saw him bring it out and take it back to the kitchen to attempt to warm it up…The only positive thing I can say about our experience was Will the bartender. Everyone else was terrible.
