Food was really good, for the most part. I'm not sure the Ribeye was worth the price, though it was good! Brussels were really good! Good atmosphere.

A dinner to remember!! Excellent, attentive service from Noah and the staff. We sampled our way through the snacks and small plates and each dish shined on its own with unique and complementary components. The menu was crafted by a true artisan who is dedicated to showcasing to local ingredients. We are only traveling through Knoxville, but if I lived here I'd be a regular to drink their cocktails and eat one different small plate a week. So glad we took a chance on this place instead of eating at the hotel bar. Come to J.C. Holdway for an tasty meal.
