Do NOT hire them for catering. They almost ruined our wedding; such an absolutely awful experience. We had zero confirmation we would even have food at our wedding two days before the big day, and we were worried we'd paid them upwards of $3k only to order pizza for 150 people because they CANNOT respond to emails. The food they delivered was dumped in unlabeled boxes in our venue's kitchen, despite many assurances that they would set it up and we would have to do nothing; instead, our wedding coordinator and bridal party was stuck setting up the food while they should have been doing pictures. They forgot several items and their heating instructions left the food cold and honestly really gross; the cornbread was worse than Fred Meyer's. After I complained they did refund the automatic gratuity, but honestly, the memory of how disappointing this was, the terrible service, and all the months of stress and heartache we went through when this should have been easy makes me fume to this day. Who operates a business like this????

nd rave all over the place about this truck. Growing up in the south and now living in the Pacific Northwest, it’s very hard to find good southern/Cajun food out here- especially fried catfish. I’m crazy to admit that I pretty much go to this truck for lunch every Tuesday when they are on 2nd & Pike St now every Thursday in Westlake Park. I can’t help myself, I love love LOVE fried food. Fried chicken, fried catfish, fried okra, fried bread, fried pickles…you get the picture. Wait, don’t get me started on the fried crawfish beignets (when available) and fried soft-shell crab po’ boys… Okay, I will stop. Fried Catfish & Chips This is my go-to for fried catfish normally other than my beloved, [UPDATE]: recently closed Catfish Corner. I haven’t fully recovered from their recent sudden closing, but life goes on. Jemil’s food truck brings that flavor of New Orleans tha...
