Jeni's is the best. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious. They have flavors that is unique to Jeni's. Staff was super friendly. They are open until 11pm (which is a bonus). Indoor seating is very limited. There is really no outdoor seating. It is located in Old Town. I found street parking easily (which is not usually for Old Town). I know I will go back to try other flavors.

I walked around Old Town Alexandria for the first time and although it was mid-February, the weather was decent, just a little breezy. I saw Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and decided to give it a try.
