Jenkinson's Ice Cream & Sweet in Point Pleasant Beach

I guess my original review was too old. oh well. one of my favorite stops on point pleasant boardwalk. ita tradition to get a candy/caramel apple every time. friendly staff and always clean.  they have ice cream, home made fudge, of course home made apples of all variety, and home made candy. plus sugar free candy. Licorice and gummies also. 5 ot 6 tables. Assorted packaged old school candy also. Salt water taffy and self serve pucker powder. lol. don't ask. I've been coming to this awesome candy store for over 20 years by far my favorite. Their are other candy stores but they fall short. They also have coffee,tea etc. prices are going rate, of course their high but worth it as a treat. so if you're strolling down the boardwalk in point pleasant don't pass it by jump right in. you will thank me later..

This place rocks! I didn't know what I want and the staff was very patient, answered all my questions and made great recommendations. The chocolate, fudge and candy covered apples were all to die for. My sugar rush was also very enjoyable. Everything looked and smelled so good, I don't think you can go wrong whatever you're into.

Jenkinson's Ice Cream & Sweet Shop is a really cute sweet shop that offers a large spread of your typical boardwalk summer time treats from fudge, salt water taffy, chocolate dipped snacks, and candied apples. While I didn't purchase anything from here, it was incredibly hard not to, because the smells wafting from their store was too hard to ignore. Definitly coming back here in the future to indulge my sweet tooth a little.
