Jersey Mike's Subs in Houston

Food was great. I went there when they were about to close. Very nice ppl. They for sure deserve a raise. Five Stars

I use to go to this location weekly then I traveled out of the country on business.  I arrived back in Houston and went to order a sandwich.  I noticed the previous Asian owners are no longer there. The new owners are very rude and ghetto acting, no one smiled or could cared less if I was there.  I ordered a Turkey and Ham sandwich and I guess the guy slicing the meat thought he put too much on my sandwich, so he removed 4 paper thin slices of meat off of my sandwich.  I started laughing and told him that's acting ghetto.  He then put the slices back on the sandwich. I hope this was just a bad day for the new owners.  I might try again if another location is bad also.

I placed an order yesterday at about 7.30 pm from Jersey Mike's Subs (Kirby, Houston Texas) for $28.42, and picked it up at 8.08 pm but unfortunately, I forget my debit card after paying for the order. Joseph is the cashier who took my order. I called back the store to inquire about my debit card and it took them a while to answer my phone call. I drove back and I was able to get my card. Then unfortunately my bank contacted me in the morning and told me that there was an attempt to charge my card for about $100 for a lift or an Uber, but my bank stopped that attempt. Jersey mike's at Kirby was the only place that I went to and this was my first time to forget my card anywhere. I would like Jersey Mike's management at Kirby as well as its district office to be notified of that incident. Also, I would like management to take an action towards that issue and to address that complain.
