Went to the Jersey Mike's on 7670 Katy Fwy! It was Absolutely Amazing! Kassey is the best in her costumer service and making sure her customers are happy! Thank you so much! And to the bosses - Not sure what you're paying her but she deserves a SUBstantial raise! Definitely made mine and my boyfriends night! Thank you!

To the owner or manager , it has been the worst experience, online order took 30 minute. They did not even ask for apologies. The Afro American lady said we are still working on it. Yeah, for 30 minute ? How is that possible ?I think you guys need to fix the system.

Jersey Mike's subs are the best in the business.I always order a Giant Club Supreme and have it done "Mike's Way"...Worth it Every time.It takes me about a day and a half to eat it...But that's the best part. Lmao
