Jersey Mike's Subs in Houston

Completely disgusting one young lady is cutting the bread and meat and she asked the other young lady to come make the sandwiches. She's back at a service type deep kitchen sink with a dish towel and cleaning something. She approaches the sandwich area and is about to make my sandwich with the same gloves on! YUCK it's no telling what type of chemicals are in the dish towels! She changed her gloves after I asked and proceeded to make my sandwich. My receipt has the name Grae. I'm not sure if that is the correct name because neither employee had on a name tag today at 4:42pm. A young Hispanic girl is who I'm referring to. Please review your camera about that time and teach your employees safe glove procedures when handling food before they make someone really sick!

Great customer service and better quality food than subway

I love Jersey Mike's Subs so much that I drive from Humble just to have a taste but I won't be doing that anymore! I ordered a turkey wrap the last three times that I ate there. The last two times, my wrap looked like something a two year old could have created. I requested that the employee remake my wrap tonight and she still couldn't get it right. I could barely taste any turkey on the wrap. On top of that, she was putting toppings on the wrap that does not normally come on it nor did I request it as an add-on. They also didn't make another sub that I ordered correctly either(according to Mike's Way).  I made sure to check my wrap since it wasn't made right the last time. I didn't check the other subs.They were having such a difficult time that the customer behind me left without placing an order.
