I ordered from Jersey Mike's a week ago(12/3). I had it delivered via Uber Eats. When I got my food, I took two bites before realizing there was a 6 inch long hair in my sub. I call and speak to the manager. He apologized and said he would contact Uber Eats and assured me that I would get a refund. So I ate my cookie and chips since my sub was no longer an option. I have yet to see a refund and highly doubt I will. I will not be ordering from here again. I'll stick to the one in Augusta where one of my best friends manages at. At least I know at that store, she won't let me get a sub with hair in my food.

Prices are on high side but quality makes it worth it. The staff here were a breath of fresh air. People seem to forget what customer service means but the 3 employees that served us here definitely know. They all did whatever they could to make sure we were happy when we left. I could see their smiles behind the mask. It was a wonderful break from the usual trips to grab a quick bite. Thank you so much for your kindness!! (I wish I remembered their names or that I wrote them down. They were all young with bright smiles. 2 men and 1 female). Definitely a great experience and will stop by again when I'm in the area.
