Jersey Mike's Subs in Pomona

Early this evening I was about to walk into Jersey Mike's, but noticed the Open sign was turned off and so I thought they were closed even though it was just after 6 pm. I also saw a sign on the window saying there was no bread available for sandwiches. I walked away, but went back because I noticed a man getting food. Although I wanted a sandwich, I thought I'd check anyway. To my surprise the door was unlocked. I saw them making a sandwich for the customer and noticed the loaves of bread on the rack. While the guy took my order he seemed to rush me and kept asking, "Do you want anything else?" before I could finish telling him what I wanted on my sandwich. As I paid, I informed them (there were three employees at the front counter) that the sign on the door stating they had no bread was on the door. One said they forgot about it, but he didn't take it down. On Wednesday, earlier this week, I drove by at 8:45 pm hoping to get a sandwich, but saw that the Open sign was off and had noticed the sign on the window regarding no bread available. I now wonder if they were actually open and had bread, but wanted it to look closed.

I placed an order and paid through the app. They said I needed a mask so I went and got a mask out of my car and they said my mask wasn't good enough and then I have to have a different kind of mask. I explained to them I already placed an order and paid. She said I needed a surgical type mask not a cotton mask and she didn't even have her mask above her nose this place service is trash. I tried calling there phone but it always says busy because they leave the phone off the phone off the hook so they don't have to take phone calls. I didn't get a refund had to go buy lunch across the street at Chipotle where they where much nicer and actually gave me the food I paid for.
