Me and my boyfriend order from here a lot. Several times the staff have messed up, or forgotten to prepare our orders. I mostly only order the Philly cheese steaks whenever I come here. Especially one w/o onions and peppers the other with everything on it. Who ever I spoke to acted like he was occupied, I told him 4 times no onions and peppers. After I told him that, he paused again, and asked if I wanted cheese. I said "Yes but one of the sandwiches with Noooo onions and peppers please!!" and sadly when we open the sandwich it had onions and peppers that I didn't ask for. Sadly the whole time I repeated myself.
