Worst experience ever. My wife called in an order for pickup to be at 7:30pm tonight and order was not ready until 7:45 pm because they forgot to make an item we ordered and also made the missing item wrong. There was a girl behind the counter that was out of uniform. One of the girls in uniform couldn't put her phone down and was taking pictures with her cell phone and posting on social media in front of customers that were just standing there waiting to be taken care of. What I believe to be the manager did not have control over the store. WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jersey Mike's subs are the best. They strive to please the customer with quality products and good service. You get substantially more meat, cheese, and produce than other sub shops (in which you're lucky if you get one slice of cheese or meat and unripe tomato sliced so thin it's barely detectable).
