Went at 2pm, to pick up an online order. There were 8 employees behind the counter and 2 retail customers at the table. I sat for 10 minutes and not one person said hello to me. After waiting and still no food, I approached the counter and asked if my online order went through. The woman behind the counter greeted me with "what do you need?" then told me she doesn't have an order for me.. The instructed me to go to the opposite side of the counter to place an order. I do that, and was finally greeted by a nice woman that made a sandwich for me. As the woman made the sandwich, a young man with a clipboard (I assume was a manager) walked into me. Never said sorry, never apologized, nothing. Seriously, simple manors go a long way. Restaurant management needs to step it up or change!
