We ordered boneless chicken wings (large), 2 sauces the Ghost and Buffalo sauce. Buffalo was as expected but the ghost sauce really amazed me. The ghost sauce actually had some lasting heat to it, it did not disappoint. We ordered 1/2 slab ribs with 2 meat deal. pulled pork was not dry and very delicious, pork belly was good and ribs without any sauce had a great taste. I would order again!The appetizers: fried cheese squares are amazing, corn bread was moist and packed with flavor, fried pickles where soggy but good. The sides are unremarkable i do not recommend the white bread, the jalapeño corn, the mashed potatoes with gravy, or baked beans. I have had better at a run down buffet or the truck stop.Everything was packaged well, nothing misplaced or wrong. I was very impressed on presentation. We are a husband and wife truck driving team, I personally love to cook but on our time off away from home I love to order "in".

Ordered 1/2 rack of ribs with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. The fries and toast were soggy from the containers. I would suggest you get the containers that have vent holes to keep your fries crisper. The coleslaw was wonderful. Should have ordered more. The ribs were very good. I liked the smoke flavor. Would like to know what wood they use. Perfectly cooked. Moist, tender, and came right off the bone. The BBQ sauce is very tasty too. Not sweet.
