We are normally huge fans of Jim and nicks. The last couple times we have came through the drive-through for dinner, the food has been cold. We got old beef last time and this time we got a cold burger and cold fries. My chicken tenders were fresh. We specifically ask for fresh food. The problem we have is inconsistency. The manager on staff at night time needs to make sure that the food that’s going out is fresh. It makes me want to stop coming here.

I called in a to go order and wanted to pick up at drive thru but was told coming in was better so I wouldn't have to wait in line. I went in and had to wait in line behind 3 others to order. My bag was ready but getting cold while I was waiting. Then I was supposed to have 2 naked potatoes but they both had bacon, cheese and chives and my potato was not fully cooked or it had gotten too cold because it was hard. I was very disappointed because I usually enjoy this restaurant

My vote was on Williams brothers, but wife wanted to try this location and boy did she regrated it. Anyway we got there not being familiar with this franchise, waited to be seated upon entering! No one acknowledge or bothered to greet or say anything! Grabbed 3 menus and seated ourselves! My wife had to get up, approach the register only to be informed that you order and then be seated! by then 2 people who seem to be familiar had ordered ahead of us! So we sat back down! Tables were very sticky! I must also set a tone that the place was not busy at all! The food did come out quick, but seem lukewarm to cold! The chicken and ribs tasked very bland as if broiled and lightly smoked. Ribs were excessively fatty! Chicken came in little nugget like chunks and tasted more like leftovers! My wife's sister seem to have liked the brisket! My wife also ordered a drink with vodka and s...
