We have had several bad experiences lately. They totally messed up one of our orders and when we went in to get the missing items they charged us again and explained we would be refunded the first transaction and the refund of the original transaction never happened, so we ended up spending over $80 for some tacos. A second time we tried to order from them again for pickup and something very similar happened. Our card was charged and when it was time to pick up the food they told us they didn’t have the order but would reorder it for us and would have to charge us again…ummmm no. Idk what’s going on over there but the service has completely gone downhill.

The food here is typically great. Service is good as well. We usually have a nice time and leave with full bellies. Our son likes the tacos.
