Jimmy John's in Aberdeen

Alright, so I gave it the good ol college try. 50 times, not hyperbole. 50 times I attempted to get delivery to my workplace. 6 times they had a delivery driver. Half way through I had to start calling ahead before ordering online. Mind you, these 50 are just after I decided to start counting after I realized it's a problem. No more jimmy johns for me. Unfortunate.

Their food is so good. I love that they have low carb options and its still good. Its also packaged very well so its easy to eat. Always friendly and helpful. My favorite sub shop!

If i could honestly give this store NO stars I would!!!! My friend and I both ordered food 5 mins apart, the sub was wrong she. Not only that, she had ordered a sub 10 minutes before and that was wrong to. when I placed my order, she called up there and asked for mayo packets with my sub and they told us that they didnt have bread. WAIT WHAT??? so then she tried to explain to the manager(Lori) that both her subs were wrong and the manager basically told her that she didnt care, and Lori hung up the phone on us, so i proceeded to go up there, and talk to Lori and she told that because she is a shift manager there is nothing she can do, she cant refund the money for the subs, just to eat the sub. When I asked why she hung up the phone on us, she said that the owner would have done the same thing!!! How is that customer service? She was VERY rude!! I order Jimmy John's all the time, but now, I will NEVER eat there AGAIN!!!! Lori said that my money would be refunded because of them not having any bread, I STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! I work in customer service, and have NEVER been so rude to customers, MRS LORI IS A HORRIBLE SHIFT MANAGER!
