This is my favorite sandwich shop. I paid a visit on Friday evening and ordered my usual the Italian night club. There were two staff present and no other customers aside from myself. The young lady at the counter was very professional as she greeted me ,however the young lady making the sandwich not so much. The lettuce on my sandwich was old/out of date. I realized this after taking a few bites and, later that evening I was sick. This is not the first time unfortunately, but I thought I'd try again after some time but I was wrong. You would think with less physical customers quality control would continue but sadly it hasn't, so I will no longer continue patronizing Jimmy John's Shortpump location.
