Be sure to order an hour ahead of when you actually want your food. I paid a $3.50 delivery fee along with a $5 tip hoping to get my single sub quickly for lunch before a work meeting. But no, as usual, it took an hour to get here. This is a location specific issue because I've never had an issue with other locations, but it continues to happen at this one.

Don’t order delivery from here unless you want it to take an hour and a half, an hour and twenty minutes of that just to make a sub. I even called about 40 minutes in and asked what’s up and they said it would be there in a couple minutes. Literally took an hour and twenty minutes to make a sub and ten minutes to be delivered. They will not refund either. They could care less even if your grandma got food poisoning from them and died or if your two subs took over an hour to be made.

Very dissapointed with the Jimmy John's on Wisconsin Avenue. Few months ago I ordered a sandwich. I requested the driver call me or text when they arrived. It was left on the porch with no contact attempt made. It was probably sitting there for about 30 minutes.The next time I ordered, the driver called the wrong number. The sandwich was left on the porch again. The last straw was a few nights ago. I was working less than 2 blocks away from the store and it took 30 minutes for my food to get to me, and I received the wrong size drink. This Jimmy John's just is not worth it, spend your money somewhere else.
