food is great 100% just the service is insanely slow. If you have about 3-4 people in front of you in line you can estimate your order will take about 20 mins.

We've ordered from this Jimmy John's four times and they never get it right. What is so difficult about no tomato? Why are you putting onions from a #9 on a #4? We were so excited when we heard that there was a location on Ballard which is A LOT closer to where we live, but honestly every single time we've gone there it has been a huge disappointment. We keep going there thinking that maybe they're finally going to get our order right, but no that is not the case.
