Jimmy John's in Arlington

I still keep trying!! I seen the sign on the door that they were out of capicola. Ok that's fine I order a UNWICH #9, for the LIFE OF ME IDK why when I come to this location my order always has to be remade. It was so much going on behind the counter, the workers were all lackadaisical no rush just there. I get my order it's made with bread, they remake it. I see the guy grab a hand full of lettuce, I say no lettuce please, he says WELL IT's NOT ON THE RECEIPT MA'AM I CANNOT GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD WHY THEY PUT SHREDDED LETTUCE IN A LETTUCE WRAP all the older man making the unwich had to do was remove the lettuce the extra commentary wasn't needed. Even after having to remake it twice it was still wrong  enough is enough. Idk why I pass je...

First off, I have been ordering JJs before it was cool, yes, I used to go to the original JJs in school. I love their sandwiches but this particular location is not freaky fast in the least when it comes to deliveries. In early August it took nearly 2 hours and then this time it is over an hour as of this review. I am expecting my drink to be watery and everything to be less than fresh.Update, food arrived at the 72 minute mark and no drink.

A complete FAIL!  Ordered several sandwiches, to be cut in half with napkins.  One hour later...I called to see where our 'freakishly fast' order was.  After two times being put on hold, briefly, I was told the order was out there. The delay? Something with pay--even though the app approved the order and pay. Fifteen minutes later, the order is here. Sandwiches uncut and no napkins.  How hard is that??? I would give fewer stars, but that isn't an option.
