Bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered a sandwich at 1pm. It was “delivered” at 1:45. I called and asked them where it was because it wasn’t outside my door. The driver apparently couldn’t get into my building, even though I left the code in my order. They said he would come back. I called at 2:20 asking where it was and they said he wouldn’t come back. I was not offered a sandwich or a refund. Terrible service.

I’m a Jimmy John’s regular, but today that might change. This Jimmy John’s is slow and has some of the rudest staff. Someone should rescue this place because the people that work here obviously hate their jobs.

First Jimmy John's I have ever been to that is FREAKISHLY SLOW.....at least 20 minute wait and they were under staffed!!.......I gave them 2 stars because I love their totally tuna
