Worst customer service ever. Enough said.

My order was left sitting on the ground (giant sized sandwiches sticking halfway out of the bag directly touching the ground), with no indication it was here - no text, call, doorbell ring, or knock. By time I checked the door, a squirrel was eating the food. The location would not answer the phone and the answering machine says messages will not be answered. This wasn't even at rush hour. My only recourse is to leave feedback on the website (which may or may not get a response) and to leave this review here. So I have no way of getting a replacement of my dinner within the same day without driving there in person which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering online. Knowing this, I WILL NOT be ordering Jimmy John's for delivery again!
