Subpar experience.Gentleman at the counter didn’t give the best service.I asked a few questions and I could barely hear the guy. And he wasn’t professional or friendly at all. I can tell by his demeanor.Also didn’t give me a receipt or an order number.

Much better than Subway. Wasn't crazy about the music they were playing. Sounded like some homeless person wandered in and was trying to sing, but not succeeding.

Went there to pick up a sandwich that I ordered through the app. I assumed these Jimmy John's were all the same and walked in without a mask since the one on 1st is not requiring it anymore. Oh my god, these sad sacks of meat were so rude about it. I even asked if they had one I could use since every single place that required masks had some extras for customers, at least from my experience and obviously except these clowns. One loudmouth was pointing and yelling at me to leave. When I mentioned that I ordered ahead, one of them was nice enough to hand it to me. The mask mandate is over, eggheads.
