This was my first time eating from Jimmy John’s and also this location, it WILL be my last. The customer service is horrible, no greeting or anything they just stand and look at you with a dumb look. My sub was also horrible!

I ordered an Italian sub at work. The sub looked amazing, took a few bites, opened it and found (what I thought at time) to be a gray curly hair and looked over and saw another one!!I picked it up, to get a closer look, and seems to be a plastic string or wire of some sort with odd green balls attached. So disgusted and praying that I didn’t ingest any, unknowably, before I realized what was in my sub.A refund from DoorDash is simply not enough!!!

Agree with most of the reviews here. This particular Jimmy John's is freaky slow. I've never had a problem with the in store, but my god that delivery is suuuuuper slow.
