If I could leave no stars I would! Their drive thru has a sign that says their speaker does not work. I pulled up and waited 5 minutes they saw me pull up and walked to the back. I waited another 3 minutes and they never came to take my order. This was on Friday 1/14 Get better employees who actually want to work!

We like this Jimmy John's since it's nearby but they left out our 2 cookies that we paid for. Super disappointed to get home to no cookies. Sandwich and chips were great though! Also, last time we ordered at this location, we had altered the original sandwich on the app and had no luck in anything being correct. I think I had ordered with no tomato or lettuce but extra pickle and mustard, but everything was on it as the original and it was really frustrating. I'm not sure if there's an error with the app not giving the detailed instructions or they just didn't do it, but it should be fixed. But we love the food, so it was okay.
