I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice.However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.

We were told you don’t sell bread anymore with “Oh, um, we don’t do that.”When did this stop?Also, employees looking at my husband and another lady waiting outside at 10:58am and do not open the door until 11:10 is unacceptable!

I love Jimmy John's as a whole, however, this particular location went above and beyond during a time where we had inclement weather in Houston. My daughter, her best friend, and I went out in the snow to find every food place closed except Jimmy John's. Upon arriving inside the store the staff was extremely kind and polite. They took our order and in the process of doing that the power went out. Not only did they still continue to take care of us, but they made our sandwiches in the dark which was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks, and because of the way we were treated we will definitely be back!
