Online order was cancelled because they ran out of bread. Reordered the next day and cancelled again because they didn't have a delivery driver

I have never ever had a bad experience here. The staff is so kind and you can tell they work hard.

Driver forgot my drink. No big deal I figured he would run back and grab it. He told me that he wasn't going to go back because he isn't supposed to be a driver and he'll just give me $2 instead. I have $2, I don't have a drink. Jimmy John's advertises fast delivery but doesn't hire drivers? This location is always such terrible customer service.
