my one time i attempt to order delivery from jimmy johns and they only have one person working, no deliveries available, and no mention, call, email or any notice until I called location to find out. now this company goes on the "list" to never give business to.

Ordering online is easy. Picking up your online order is not as easy - they are severely understaffed. I ordered online an hour before I scheduled my pick up and there was only one guy working the register and making the meals and then one guy delivering the food. I wish that JJ would toast their sandwiches, but the food is good once you get your order.
