I ordered a tuna sandwich and the guy today who was in the sandwich making section didn’t put enough Tuna in my sandwich and he never used the scooping utensil he uses his hands with of course gloves! Wish he had put more Tuna meat in it!!! I Was so disappointed I know a bad review I guess Subway is better!!!

The restaurant charge twice my credit card on an order back on December 3rd, and they do not want to take responsibility. After four visits to the store nobody seems to have an idea on how to handle this kind of situation. Finally on my 4th visit was able to talked to the store manager and guess what?. Worst experience ever with the Manager. The way they are conduct business is completely unprofessional. Avoid going to this location.........

Ordered 1 sandwich at 12:22, called in to ask about my order and was told that it may be here by 1:00. If you have plenty of time to wait and don't want to eat anytime soon, then this is the place for you. They serve their sandwiches cold so that you don't have to worry about it going cold by the time they finally deliver the food. This Jimmy John's is not freakishly fast by any means.UPDATE: I ordered today again from this location at 1133AM, did not get my order until 1230 for 1 sandwhich. Again, this place is not for someone who is needs food at a dependable time or with fast delivery time. Jimmy John's is not freakishly fast service.
