I order from the Jimmy John's in Tomball for work all the time. We use them to cater work events at least 6 times a year and never had an issue. This location has had its issues for some time. Most recently, we placed an order Friday night and received an email confirmation at 7:30pm. By 9pm, we had called 3 times and each time we were not given a reason for the sandwiches being delivered late. We asked if there would be any compensation and they said they could take $5 off. If they were short staffed, just tell us so we at least know what is going on - I get being understaffed. We cancelled the order at 9pm and the driver showed up about 15 to 20 minutes later. He was unaware we had cancelled the order. We had already eaten by that time so he left with our order. I have had delivery orders from other places delay delivery due to staffing or unexpected surge in customer orders. I have no idea if this is what happened on Friday. If you are ever in Tomball, I have never had an issue with that location or the location on 1960/290!
