First time at Jimmy John's and I was not impressed. Ordered the #2 roast beef sandwich. You can make this sandwich at home. Service was all business. Restroom was clean.

Rude customer service. I called back after a delivery to explain my order was wrong. All they could do was say there wasn’t any th info they could do cause there was no manger there. I asked if they could just fix it and send a new one. Of course they can’t do that either without approval. But hey where is a manger. He told me he was late and had no idea where he was. Thanks Solomon. You will be getting a call from corporate for being late to your job and not training your staff to fix a situation with their hand being held
