Before today I would have given 5 stars. This location is only 0.7 miles away from me. I have ordered from them several times before and they always delivered to me. Today I was told that they will no longer deliver to me. Something about Chimney Rock and Renwick. I told them that's fine. My friends and I will take our business elsewhere since it's obvious the manager here doesn't want it.

So it was fine. Bit disappointed cause I ordered a sandwich with extra avocado and somehow got none. How does that work? The I ask for 2 #11 and the prep guy gives me a giant #11. I will still go but check my orders.

Went out of my way to make use of a T-Mobile coupon for a free sandwich. Also the coupon showed as valid on TMobile Tuesday App, on jimmy john's it returned an expired status. Employees were of no help at all. I like to emphasize that i did everything as needed to get the coupon. Waste of time.
